Due to the nature of our products and for safety and sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products once they leave our shop. If you receive your order and it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the item(s) with the issue and the box if it has damage to it. Please enter “Product Issue” in the subject line of the email. We will gladly review the issue and determine eligibility; and if applicable, we will offer a company credit, replacement or refund when appropriate. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.

-A refund will be issued back to the card used for purchase of products. Please allow up to 10 business days, after approval, for processing and for payment to be reflected on account.
-Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs/fees are non-refundable.
-Although we will give our best effort, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by carriers. This issue must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
-Due to sourcing and seasonal diversity, natural products may vary in appearance, aroma, color and texture from various batches that are crafted. Because of this reason, this does not qualify the products as a defect.
-PINC RAYN reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
-Our refund policy applies solely to purchases made directly through our online store, payment links, mobile store, physical store, company phone orders, events held solely by PINC RAYN and third party events attended by PINC RAYN.
-PINC RAYN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
